ss comes downstairs, "I want Peppertail to go to mom's when I go to
college cuz she'll have a backyard." Dh pointed out she has an 11
acre wildlife area as a backyard. I pointed out that when cat lived with
bm bm said cat was so lonely. Dh pointed out that it was even a court
order to have cat here. Ss said he didn't know. He's still making sounds
like he's going to go along with his mom's demands. *grumble
grumble* Ss is so gullible, and bm is so manipulative.

and I would prefer the cat stay here because...
The cat is
not lonely here and doesn't have a problem eating while your gone. Your
mom often told you in Vegas that the cat was lonely and wouldn't eat at
her house when you were gone.
The cat is
now a part of our household.
The cat has
a backyard. The door is left open for her all day, unless it's cold,
then she's let in and let out.
I am home
nearly all the time

and are bonded with Peppertail.
Has
Peppertail now lived most of her lifetime in this household?
She is
comfortable and happy where she is, and moving yet again would cause her
another upheaval.

the last issue resolved in court because your mother refused to let you
bring your cat to our house, and imo your mother just wants to make it
an issue again."
"She" can be one too!
When you look at the deadbeat sites, ask yourself if you're
behaving like a deadbeat, and remember that men are victims of "her"
deadbeat mentality also.
Whether you are a custodial parent, a non-custodial parent, a
first wife, a second wife, a girlfriend, a boyfriend, ask yourself if you're behaving in
the best interest of the child.
